The iF DESIGN AWARD is one of the world’s most respected design honors, with a history of more than 70 years. Each year, it attracts outstanding entries from around the globe.

In 2026, the competition was especially strong, with over 10,000 submissions worldwide. Being selected among them is a milestone we truly value—because it reflects not only aesthetics, but also user experience, innovation, and real-world usability.

Where DB-1 began: fixing the “daily friction” of grinding

Many people love coffee brewing for its calm, ritual-like feeling.

When we started developing DB-1, we kept coming back to a few simple questions:
